Conduct organizational strengthening and capability building training to Farmers Cooperatives and Associations. Assist in the distribution of farm inputs to farmers and assist in the monitoring and validation of reports regarding agricultural activities. Ensured timely completion of reports and projects by managing schedules, resources, and deadlines for multiple concurrent tasks. Facilitated knowledge sharing among team members via regular updates on progress and troubleshoot challenges encountered during fieldworks.
