Learning and Development Officer
Manage and update training trackers, monitor training hours, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly training reports. Design and deliver both soft skills and technical training for employees at various levels, from rank-and-file to supervisory roles, across multiple countries including Indonesia, South Africa, and Singapore. Organize and monitor training calendars on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Distribute minutes of training sessions and provide regular updates on training programs. Develop post-training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions. Conduct 30-60-90 day check-ins for new hires and monitor Progress Development Plans (PDP) and Individual Development Plans (IDP) for candidates. Create training decks and materials to support learning initiatives. Assist employees with learning portal access and follow up on completion of action items. Collaborate with other departments (HSE, Sustainability, MCE, HR) to ensure compliance with mandated training requirements.
