Manage and update training trackers, monitor training hours, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly training reports. Design and deliver both soft skills and technical training for employees at various levels, from rank-and-file to supervisory roles, across multiple countries including Indonesia, South Africa, and Singapore. Conducted weekly and monthly inventories of assets and stocks, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring. Controlled daily operation costs and facilitated Month-End DOCC (Departmental Operational Cost Control) processes.
