Job Description

Standard Bank Group has recently announced new Contact Management Jobs In Johannesburg for qualified and deserving candidates. Leads the work in pursuit of initiatives to optimise the Contact Management within the Fraud structure through Dialler, traffic and workforce management in order to achieve maximum output and effectiveness of solutions.  Ensures Fraud strategies are translated into executable contact strategies, that work to achieve the desired results from a Fraud Operations perspective and maintains and manage the contact set-up and ensure all settings are in line with best practices and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities Of Contact Management Jobs In Johannesburg

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers or clients
  • Managing and maintaining a database of contacts, including updating contact information and preferences
  • Providing customer support and assistance by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to problems
  • Recording and documenting interactions with contacts, including details of discussions and outcomes
  • Conducting follow-up communication with contacts as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction or to gather feedback
  • Collaborating with other departments or teams within the organization to address customer needs or concerns effectively

Requirements

  • Business Commerce Degree
  • 3-4 years suitable experience in an operational environment
  • Exposure to Fraud environment and must have managed a predictive dialler
  • Must have had exposure to inbound call centre solutions and the strategic and tactical use thereof
  • Experience in managing small teams
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders on a constant basis and experience in design, implementation and analysis of reports
