Responsibilities Of Transactional Banker Jobs In KZN
- Managing day-to-day banking transactions for clients
- Providing assistance with account openings, closures, and modifications
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding transactions and account activities
- Promoting bank products and services to clients
- Collaborating with other bank departments to ensure seamless transactional processes
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions
- Adhering to banking regulations and compliance standards
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products
Requirements
- NQF6 (FAIS recognised).
- 3-4 years previous experience as an account analyst or similar position to gain
