Job Description

This role involves assisting in accurate operation of the warehouse, including receipt, dispatch, and control of inventory, warehouse operation, verifying transactions, maintaining orderly storage, loading, and unloading trucks and containers by hand and forklift, as well as handling and evaluating REM sample stock. 

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong communication, planning, process management, prioritization, interpersonal, and resilience skills.
  • Efficiency and high attention to detail in processing customer orders accurately and on time. stocktaking, computer systems, stock count, outsourced warehousing, inbound and outbound deliveries, and accounting.
  • Proficient in order management and Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations.
  • Keeping the warehouse area clean, tidy, and free from unnecessary hazards to uphold health and safety.
  • Maintaining quality standards across all warehouse practices.

About you!

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehousing preferably in freight or medical devices 
  • You have exceptional organization, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet the ever-changing demands of the work environment – Accuracy is critical in this role!
  • Exceptional time and task management skills.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude, respect for your coworkers, and a can-do attitude contribute to a positive work environment.
  • A demonstrated history of working in 3LP warehousing.
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • You enjoy working in a diverse role that also includes computer system work, such as Microsoft 365/Finance & Operations, in addition to warehousing.
  • You must hold a valid forklift and divers license.
