  • Managing costs/expenses within an approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies

  • Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines
  • Maintain efficient electronic tracking and monitoring processes on all activities and timelines for administrative and process support
  • Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data
  • Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies, and increase competencies

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification – Matric and relevant higher qualification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
  • Warehouse experience will be advantageous.
