- Identify and sell/cross-sell products aligned to customer needs.
- Maximise channel optimization opportunities identified and aligned with customer needs.
- Ensure activities support cost containment and reduction.
- Fulfilling transactions above the benchmark set and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a financial advisory or customer service role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
