Responsibilities of Universal Advisor Job

  • Adhere to the TCF (Treating Customer Fairly) principles.
  • Identify and sell/cross-sell products aligned to customer needs.
  • Maximise channel optimization opportunities identified and aligned with customer needs. 
  • Ensure activities support cost containment and reduction.
  • Fulfilling transactions above the benchmark set and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Demonstrate behavior in support of the organizational values.

  • Improve knowledge and competencies by completing training specific to the role as per eCareers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a financial advisory or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Sales skills and ability to meet targets.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is desirable.
  • Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in the financial industry.
