Responsibilities Of Support Manager Jobs In KZN
- Supervise and oversee daily operations of the support team
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to support staff and ensure timely completion
- Train and onboard new support team members
- Develop and implement support procedures and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate support team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery
- Manage support resources and budget effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements
- Business Commerce Degree (FAIS related)
- 5-7 years Previous experience in Relationship management, leading teams as well as experience in Risk and credit.
