Standard Bank Group has recently announced new Support Manager Jobs In Johannesburg for qualified and deserving candidates.To lead and drive the end-to-end Asset and Liability Management (ALM) implementation and production cycle for the Group and its banking entities using the appropriate risk calculation engine to ensure data validity and quality against the Group’s principles, regulatory requirements & international best practices. Provide specialist advice and insights on the risk engine configuration and lead TCM projects aligned to Group, regulatory and regional requirements, facilitating business deliverables.
Responsibilities Of Support Manager Jobs In Johannesburg
- Managing a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Developing and implementing support strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of support staff, providing feedback, and coaching as needed
- Handling escalated customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of support services
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements

- Deep specialist experience within the banking industry specifically Liquidity Risk and Balance Sheet management
- Experience in applying mathematical and statistical skills in designing and reviewing models.
