Responsibilities Of Specialist Threat Intelligence Jobs
- Continuously monitoring various sources for emerging threats.
- Analyzing threat data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks.
- Providing support to incident response teams.
- Identifying vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
- Proactively searching for signs of potential cyber threats.
- Creating profiles of threat actors and their tactics.
- Educating employees about emerging threats and cybersecurity best practices.
- Integrating threat intelligence feeds with security tools.
- Generating reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with industry peers and law enforcement agencies.
Requirements
- A degree in Information Technology.
- IT Risk/security certification such as CISM, CISSP or CISA is Required Relevant Azure/AWS Cloud Certification is Required.
- 5 – 10 Years Experience within FSI developing threat models, risk profiles, cyber security risk and incident management, and insight into crime in the financial sector.
- Experience in Malware analysis/Malicious code analysis, in one or more structured cyber threat intelligence formats.
- 5 – 10 Years Experience with Strong IT understanding, gaining insight into digital and platform operating models and cyber security trends and solutions, building cyber security intelligence.
- Ability to document information pertaining to information systems
