- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions by resolving queries quickly and effectively.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements.
- Regularly act as a technical expert to troubleshoot highly complex problems, or present/market new technology or concepts.
- Comply, understand, and implement all steps within IT development and meet governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements for IT Software Solutions.
- Assist in the progress of multiple IT Software projects to contribute to business needs and solutions.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
- Display specialized understanding of both Software and IT technology, practices, and theories.
Requirements
- BSc Eng, BSc Informatics degree, or any other related qualification.
- 4+ Years of related IT experience primarily in the Base24 application.
- Programming experience in TAL/pTAL, TACL, COBOL, COBOL, and C/C++ languages.
- Experience in Enscribe Database.
- Experience in Pathway, FUP, SCUP, INSPECT, DDL, Enform, Batchcom.
- Strong Unit Testing experience, preferably automated unit testing, and knowledge of Testing Frameworks, Tools, and Simulators like ASSET.
- Experience in Source Code Version Control Tools.
- Good understanding of HSM and other Security modules within the Switching application. Knowledge of TSS.
- Good understanding of EFT – transaction processing fundamentals, different message types, and standards like ISO8583.
- Experienced in Scheme Compliances like VISA, MASTERCARD, UPI, etc.
- Must have development experience in Base24 switching applications within the HP NonStop Tandem environment.
- BASE 24-eps development and troubleshooting are advantageous.
