Scored Product Head Job. The Scored Product Head spearheads the development and implementation of scoring products that meet the evolving needs of clients and customers. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, they define strategic objectives, oversee product development processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance risk assessment and decision-making.

Responsibilities of Scored Product Head Job

  • Develop a scored strategy aligned to business strategy to ensure business growth and sustainability.
  • Establish a data-led sales capability that balances growth, risk, and return to enable scalable scoring functionality.
  • Increase market penetration across origination channels to strengthen the business’s market position.
  • Set and deliver targets in consultation with regions for sales service by identifying effective and efficient drivers.
  • Align strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track and monitor progress.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain sound business processes that minimize risk and deliver quality and seamless customer experience.
  • Optimize fulfillment processes and re-engineer as required to maximize the service delivery objectives and customer experience.
  • Ensure optimized customer experience and service throughout the value chain.
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership and innovative and integrated practice solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  • Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services.
  • Manage designated product development projects from inception to final execution, including post-implementation evaluation.
  • Ensure integrated view and reporting of relevant business information.
  • Report on and/or find solutions to items resulting from findings by internal or external audit and client management risk.
  • Identify and encourage participation in activities that are appropriate for own and employee development in the area of responsibility.
  • Manage teams or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, computer science, or statistics.
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in the development and implementation of scoring products.
  • In-depth understanding of credit scoring methodologies, statistical modeling techniques, and risk assessment principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with the capability to oversee product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to scoring products.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
