Responsibilities of Robotics Process Lead Job
- Set tactical goals and optimize the use of the people, finances, and technologies in order to realize those goals.
- Integrate business information, and compare, analyze, and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and inconsistencies for decision-making purposes.
- Demonstrate innovation by applying continuous improvement of best practices, fine-tuning systems, and optimizing resources, leading to reduced costs and increased performance.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of the RPA function across the organization.
- Manage and direct multiple, large, or complex Robotic Process Automation implementations.
- Define, develop, and maintain frameworks, policies, guidelines, standards, processes, and systems to manage the FirstRand GIA robotics process automation practice.
Requirements
- BCom/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Informatics/ Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree.
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in application design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Three (3) and above years of experience in Agile Methodology Implementation.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in automation tools.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in programming languages (i.e., Java, C++, Python).
- Five (5) – 10 (ten) years of experience in SQL or NoSQL.
- Experience in banking and financial services environment will be an advantage.
