Job Description

Standard Bank Group has recently announced new Provincial Consultant Jobs In Cape Town for qualified and deserving candidates. To support the provincial manager/supervisor in achieving the provincial (personal and commercial) goals, income and profit budgets by way of managing the behavior of staff and relationships with group company staff in branches, through training, support and motivation. To ensure on-going and successful sales and distribution of Insurance and Bancassurance products through the branch network (branch including business staff).

Responsibilities Of Provincial Consultant Jobs In Cape Town

  • Conducting research and analysis on provincial policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Developing strategies and recommendations to enhance provincial services or address specific challenges.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with provincial government officials, stakeholders, and community organizations.
  • Offering consultation and assistance to provincial government agencies on various projects and initiatives.
  • Organizing and leading meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input and disseminate information effectively.
  • Monitoring provincial legislation, regulations, and policies that could impact government operations or services.
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of provincial projects, including preparing proposals and reports.

Requirements

  • Completed Matric
  • Regulatory Examination
  • NQF5 FAIS qualification
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • 2-5 years Sales experience 
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in presenting a business case / sales pitch to a group.
  • Experience in performing elementary functions and other computer systems
