Responsibilities of Organizational Intelligence Specialist Job
- Project manage the operationalization of the surveying platform, including maintaining the core database, configuring various surveys, managing IT governance alignment, etc.
- Build and engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide support.
- Enable a framework and processes for organizational behavioral intelligence capability development, that contributes to the achievement of strategic behavioral goals.
- Analyse Organisational Intelligence data to identify trends.
- Provide accurate and reliable data to contribute to business decisions together with analyzing trends and data patterns.
- Provide regular reports on the delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements in the area of accountability.
- Ensure implementation of relevant policies, governance, and practice standards across the business.
- Educates and supports various users of data platforms.
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for development.
- Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
- Understanding of organizational behavior and psychology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with database management and data mining techniques.
