Job Description
Today we have manager jobs in Gauteng announced by the MTN Group company. To manage the Mobile Financial Services commercial relationships with all third parties which includes the project management of the ECW/partner daily settlement files through Globalscape into the Money Map vendor reconciliation tool. The manager will be responsible for controlling the end-to-end settlement process, ECW configurations and payments to third parties as well as revenue share agreement adherence and partner invoicing. All these duties are to be executed within budgetary constraints through continuous improvement and the coordination of available resources to best achieve organisational goals.
Responsibilities Of Manager Jobs
- Contribute, challenge and identify ways to fine-tune procedures and their application within MFS to align with the overall business strategy
- Analyse trends and highlight areas of the business that may be developed further, identifying opportunities and matching these to market opportunities
- Influence decision-making at the operational level
- Play a big part in negotiating the best commercial offering for MTN with all third parties
- Share experiences and knowledge of relevant work matters
- Initial Chart of Accounts mapping project from ECW to MTN SA Financial system
- Compile all information from MFS Group to compile regular reviews
- Work consistently according to standards of accuracy, deadlines and formats
Requirements
- 3 year Degree / Diploma in Financial Management / Accounting / Internal Auditing or related
- Database Analytics knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance; with experience in supervising/managing others
- Conceptual Thinker – Executes tactical plans to achieve strategic requirements
