Responsibilities of latest Nurse jobs
- Perform clinical rounds with doctors.
- Be responsible and accountable for the physical, social, and emotional care of all patients.
- To conduct hourly patient rounds, and ensure that as a nurse, you comply with the doctor’s orders.
- Keep the doctor informed of test results received, changes in patient conditions, and adverse reactions to treatment.
- Ensure that all patient needs are met by assessing needs.
- Planning and implementing nursing care plans and continuous evaluation of the efficacy of care rendered.
- Record all interactions and interventions with patients on the appropriate documentation.
Requirements for Latest Nurse Jobs
- Grade 12.
- Diploma/Degree in nursing leading to qualification as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a surgical ward environment is essential.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) is essential.
- SANC Registration as a Registered Nurse.
