Who are we seeking? or Requirements for Farm workers

From waitstaff, cellar door hosts & chefs, to gardeners, farmhands & animal handlers, the team at Lowe work across a dynamic range of opportunities backed by true care for what they do, and the place they do it.

We are always happy to receive applications from hard working and open minded people who believe in what we do, and would like to be a part of it. In particular casual roles are available for cellar door sales, events & restaurant waitstaff.

About us:

Lowe Family Wine Co is a provider of premium wine, food and regional experiences in Mudgee, NSW, while leading the way in sustainable and regenerative practices. The extensive food gardens and farm are the centre of operations at Lowe’s ‘hatted’ regional restaurant The Zin House, with the kitchen and gardens teams working hand in hand to grow the produce that forms the base of the weekly menu.

We are looking for:

We are looking for a senior chef to play an important role in our kitchens & gardens, working directly with the Head Chef at The Zin House.

You will have at least two year’s experience in high end restaurants and be looking to take the next step in your career in an established and highly awarded regional restaurant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who believes food is only as good as the garden it comes from and the relationships we build around us.
