Responsibilities of IT Delivery Head Job

  • Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information system delivery technology solutions and IT Service strategy.
  • Manage IT Service Level Agreements by ensuring cost-saving against Investment of delivery return.
  • Develop an IT service culture that builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations, and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders by providing input to business requirements.
  • Ensure that client queries are dealt with proactively and accurately.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to meet organizational objectives and service level agreements.
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for IT service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize service delivery processes and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and other relevant standards and regulations.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex IT service delivery issues, providing timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their IT service requirements and priorities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on IT service delivery performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Managing and controlling resources to provide efficient and cost-effective information systems delivery service to the business.
  • Building out the DevSecOps capability/service.
  • Experience in networking and development is key.
  • Over 10 years experience in a Middle to Senior IT role.
  • Must have IT infrastructure experience.
