Responsibilities of IT Delivery Head Job
- Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information system delivery technology solutions and IT Service strategy.
- Manage IT Service Level Agreements by ensuring cost-saving against Investment of delivery return.
- Develop an IT service culture that builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations, and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders by providing input to business requirements.
- Ensure that client queries are dealt with proactively and accurately.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to meet organizational objectives and service level agreements.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for IT service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize service delivery processes and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and other relevant standards and regulations.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex IT service delivery issues, providing timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their IT service requirements and priorities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT service delivery performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Managing and controlling resources to provide efficient and cost-effective information systems delivery service to the business.
- Building out the DevSecOps capability/service.
- Experience in networking and development is key.
- Over 10 years experience in a Middle to Senior IT role.
- Must have IT infrastructure experience.
