Responsibilities of Human Capital Consultant Job

  • Conduct interviews and ensure the selection of candidates (junior roles) who meet the role requirements and align with the values and culture of the business.
  • Ensure HC Policy implementation, monitoring & assurance by monitoring and tracking any exceptions within the Business Unit.
  • Coordinate the adherence to the HC Governance structures, by scheduling, drafting the agenda, and collating documents to be presented.
  • Verify payroll inputs and outputs in order to ensure the smooth execution of employee remuneration.
  • Exit interview facilitation (at non-managerial levels).
  • Support the Business Partner in performance management by coordinating the execution of the performance management cycle calendar execution (communication, reminders, refresher training, etc.).
  • Talent Review Forum cycle calendar execution (communication, reminders, refresher training, etc.
  • Takes overall accountability and is the coordinator and executor of all functional reporting requirements, collating data and performing detailed analysis to inform the team of emerging people trends in the unit.
  • Draw all BU-specific and individual performance trends (by level, gender, race, tenure, etc.)
  • PDP execution tracking.
  • Enhances management decision-making by creating and maintaining accurate TRF trends and insights.
  • Analyse results from the Employee engagement survey.
  • Analyse Attrition rates, and monitor trends and insights.
  • Exit interview trends and insights (by BU and Line Manager).
  • HC Productivity Analytics and Reporting: Headcount and variance, Budget and variance, L&D expenditure.
  • Execute all administration and coordination related to employee engagement surveys, employee mobility, and secondments.
  • Build rapport with peers and leaders in the HC unit and Bank.
  • Communicate effectively and ensure closed-loop feedback to clients, to maintain and enhance the HC team brand of client centricity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in human resources consulting, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or relevant professional certifications is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
