It aims to simplify delivery and ensure leading-edge product design, keeping the needs of the customers in mind. Ensure the overall objectives of business profitability are met, through revenue growth, cost and impairment management, and customer growth. Deliver on market share growth objectives.

- Develop and lead the strategic direction of the product team ensuring alignment with customer demand, and creating competitor advantage.

- Develop and implement product strategies to meet business objectives.
- Led the product proposition team in defining product features, pricing, and positioning.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to launch and promote products effectively.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

Education
- Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
