  • Providing support to facilitate growth initiatives and strategies in KZN
  • Assisting in the development and execution of growth plans and projects
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with growth objectives
  • Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Supporting the implementation of marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth
  • Providing guidance and assistance to team members involved in growth-related activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress towards growth targets

Requirements

  • Business Commerce Degree (FAIS related)
  • 5-7 years Previous experience in Relationship management, leading teams as well as experience in Risk and credit.
