- Providing support to facilitate growth initiatives and strategies in KZN
- Assisting in the development and execution of growth plans and projects
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with growth objectives
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Supporting the implementation of marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth
- Providing guidance and assistance to team members involved in growth-related activities
- Monitoring and reporting on progress towards growth targets
- Serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support related to growth initiatives

Requirements
- Business Commerce Degree (FAIS related)
- 5-7 years Previous experience in Relationship management, leading teams as well as experience in Risk and credit.
