Responsibilities Of Feature Analyst Salesforce Jobs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce features and functionalities
- Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Working closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to ensure the accurate implementation of features and changes
- Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed Salesforce features and enhancements
- Documenting technical specifications, data models, and workflows for Salesforce features
- Prioritizing Salesforce features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and resource constraints
- Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to prioritize and manage Salesforce feature development
Requirements
- Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Information Technology - 5-7 years of experience
- Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management and analysing business needs and provide solutions, working in an agile environment.
