Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Factory Worker to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality output.

This job will involve aspects of working within a powder coating / wet paint spraying factory. You will be prepping, cleaning, masking and packing metalwork for industry. You will also be answering telephone calls and doing basic office work as required.

40 hours per week. Working hours Monday- Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 2pm. Overtime available.

Duties
– Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
– Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation
– Perform quality control checks on products
– Follow standard operating procedures for production processes
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area

– Deal with telephone calls

– Complete basic office paperwork

Requirements
– Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations
– Proficient in using a computer

– Proficient in answering phone calls in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time
