Factory Turner or Factory worker jobs– Burnaby, BC

Our Production Team is looking for a passionate, detail oriented individual to join our factory. This position will ensure a smooth flow to our production process and support in the creation of Made-In-Canada Watson gloves & items. You will bring your positive attitude and high level of team work to ensure that day-to-day production is operating on-time, accurately and efficiently – all while delivering exceptional customer service. This role will support Watson Gloves’ overall corporate mission of elevating the glove industry with innovative and sustainable protection by protecting the people who work with us, the customers who buy from us and our environment in which we live. At Watson Gloves we do all of this in a fun and family-oriented environment.

Role Details:

Full-time, Permanent, Unionized position after probation

Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Location: Burnaby, BC

YOUR core responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Turning of gloves
• Attaching snaps to gloves
• Alycore gluing
• Applying heat transfers
• General cleaning
• Moving work in progress
• Assist with cycle counts
• Cross training in Cutting, Laying and Finishing
