Responsibilities Of Executive Manager Jobs
- Guide the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic business goals in line with company vision.
- Collaborate with leadership to define goals and objectives across all areas of the business operationally and strategically.
- Perform industry analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decision making.
- Establish and nurture strategic collaborations and partnerships that advance company objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and guide new business opportunities that drive growth, productivity, and profitability.
- Assist the Executive in managing teams to accomplish product goals, including market strategies, product planning, and business plan execution.
- Oversee the alignment of Group Strategy and MTN organisational strategy which includes operating systems, procedures and processes.
- Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure streamlined communication and business development initiatives.
- Develop and drive MTN Converged Solutions’ long-term strategic initiatives by identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year Academic Degree
• MBA / Honours advantageous
• English (with French as an advantage) - Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum 5 years of Management Experience, including Project Management and Strategy
- At least 5 years in ICT or Telecommunications industry experience
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Africa’s experience is advantageous.
