Responsibilities of Enterprise Banker (Pipelining) Job
- Ensure a deep understanding of the client’s working capital cycle and business needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Drive achievement of targets as per individual scorecard.
- Proactively drive acquisition and cross-sell initiatives through re-engagement processes.
- Ensure service and complaints resolution are within acceptable service level agreements.
- Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices, and providing constructive feedback as required.
- Provide superior, seamless customer experience and offer suitable solutions to meet client needs.
- Utilise technology and leverage the virtual omni-channel environment, to deliver service efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Perform banking duties and oversee the financial activities for business and individual customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in banking, preferably in SME or commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with SME clients.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on driving business growth.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
