Responsibilities of Domain Drive Specialist Job
- Define and develop domain-driven design strategies and principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business domains.
- Design and implement domain models to represent business concepts and logic.
- Facilitate domain-driven design workshops and training sessions.
- Identify and resolve domain-specific challenges and complexities.
- Work closely with software developers to ensure domain models are correctly implemented.
- Evangelize domain-driven design best practices within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize domain-driven initiatives and features.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of domain-driven design implementations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in domain-driven design methodologies.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a related field, e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing data solutions within specific business domains.
- Proven experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and practices to data engineering projects, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge and skills in data integration, data quality, data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Proficient in using various data technologies and tools, such as SQL, NoSQL, ETL, Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curious and creative mindset, with the ability to learn new things, solve problems, and innovate.
Education
- Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Data Science, Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Information Technology.
