Job Description
We are seeking two dynamic and dedicated Dairy Cattle Farm Worker
to join our team and help us with the day-to-day operations of the farm.
Role and Responsibilities:
Dairy Cattle Farm Worker will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a dairy farm. They will work closely with the Farm Manager to ensure efficient and profitable farm management, while maintaining high standards of animal welfare and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Feeding, raising and milking cattle
- Milking animals such as cows and goats, manually or with a machine
- Sorting, branding and handling animals
- Maintaining or assisting in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure including cleaning stables, barns, barnyards and pens
- Assisting with breeding activities
- Monitoring the health of the animals and reporting any concerns to the farm manager
- Planting and harvesting crops as needed
- Maintaining and building fences
- Assisting with working cattle during scheduled vaccinations
- Providing medical treatment to animals when needed

- Days required: Rotating roster, including weekends
- Hours per week: Minimum 30 hours per week and maximum 40 hours
- Hourly Pay: $29.66 – 32 per hour
