Responsibilities
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging tables and chairs.
- Report and return any properties found while rendering service
- Report cases of property damage to supervisor
- Work with a team of housekeepers/maintenance on each shift
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
- Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests
- Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and replenishment of stocks
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Report, turn in and log all lost and found items
- Clean upholstered furniture
- Perform detailed deep cleans when required
- Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems,
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Respond to emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol
- Assist Supervisor in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories and logs
Requirements
- High-school graduate or any technical course level
- Someone to help make our facility squeaky-clean.
- The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated and dependable individual who wants to help provide clean and comfortable working spaces for employees and guests. Training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client and co-worker relations
- Be able to take directions and follow instructions
- Must be safety conscious
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- 24 hour availability for emergencies and as part of an on-call rotation.
- Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
- Must be willing to be assigned on a shifting schedule.
- Must be amenable to report onsite either in our BGC or Makati Office
