Looking for an experienced maintenance technician.
- Strong knowledge of checking and trouble shooting of Form Filling Sealing Machine ,Bottle Filling Machine ,Roasting / Frying Machine, Processing machine (De stoner & Gravity separator cleaning Machine ,Grinding machine ,Blending machine ,continuous chocolate Tampering Machine) by using the correct procedures based on the Manuals provided for each machine to eliminate break down. .
- – Reading Blueprints, Electrical Drawings and Control Diagrams to assist and plan for trouble shooting.
- – Perform fault analysis of Electrical & Electronics components such as transformers, controls, PCB, Motor, sensor, contractor and circuit breakers.
- – Basic Knowledge of PLC, Drives, Servo Motor, Vfd Etc.
- – Checking, operating and troubleshooting of Machine accessories Thermal Printer, Ink jet Printer, Check weigher , Fire Pumps and screw air compressor etc. .
- – Preparing requisition for Electrical Spares and Consumables for repairing and maintenance works.
- – selecting appropriate replacement parts and troubleshooting problems by using the correct procedures.

- – Daily routine work of Preventive and break down maintenance Daily update of break down register and report ,
Experience:
– 2 Years in same field.
Strong knowledge & experience of troubleshooting in FMCG Plant Machines – (Food Packing machine, Food Processing machine & Food Filling lines) by using the correct procedures based on the Manuals provided for each machine to eliminate break down.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
