To work independently and provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support for the Personal & Private Banking portfolio, applying specialist knowledge and judgement to resolve complex challenges. To provide business partnering advisory support to business stakeholders within the allocated portfolio/s of responsibility in the PPB portfolio, giving P&C guidance in support of the overall people experience and business objectives in an ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities Of Business Partner Jobs In Johannesburg
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business performance.
- Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Providing financial guidance and support to various departments or business units.
- Evaluating business initiatives and investment opportunities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Participating in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Conducting variance analysis and performance reporting to track progress against targets.
- Advising on cost management, efficiency improvements, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science.
- Minimum 5 -7 years experience in People & Culture, with strong preference to a partnering role.
- Experience working with all levels of teams in a complex environment.
- Track record of successfully implementing integrated, effective People & Culture solutions in support of business specific objectives
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the role People
