Responsibilities Of Audit Manager Jobs In Johannesburg
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to share and leverage risk management practices, tools, and capabilities.
- Work towards aligning and integrating assurance and risk management approaches.
- Evaluate practices within audit projects impacting client experience negatively.
- Recommend improvements to enhance client experience based on assessments.
- Ensure adherence to GIA methodology, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee team members’ compliance with audit project guidelines.
- Provide guidance to enhance team members’ understanding and application of GIA methodology, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the finalization of audit findings, ensuring accuracy and risk-based assessment.
- Contribute to the formulation of sustainable risk-based remedial actions.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree – Audit (Min)
- Post Graduate Degree/Honours – Audit (Min)
- CA (SA) – Min
- SQL scripting certified and proficient – Min
- Relevant professional membership will be required based on specialty – (Pref)
- 1 – 2 years: Experience analysing complex sets of data to interpret, visualise and identify trends. Understanding of IT controls.
- 5 – 7 years: Planning and executing audits
