Responsibilities of Analytics Head Job
- Leverage credit knowledge to guide acquisitions and collections counterparts.
- Report income statement impacts to senior forums with supporting portfolio health information.
- Guide executive stakeholders on a prudent approach to risk decisions.
- Support CFO on Income Statement reporting and customer profitability.
- Led a high-performance team of senior and junior quantitative analysts.
- Ensure key regulatory governance is in place and well monitored.
- Ensure models are fit for use by working with the model development team to ensure certainty is given to provision and capital requirements.
- Engage and collaborate across risk areas in retail credit.
- Manage Limit appropriateness for at-risk customers.
- Model portfolio expectations for budget setting.
Requirements
- Have 5 to 8 years of retail credit experience (Acquisitions or Capital/Provisions Modeling).
- Have strong SAS capability.
- Have presentation/communication skills.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Have 3-4 years ideally at senior management.
