Assist the Area Manager (AM) in managing and meeting assigned targets for branches under control. • Facilitate the AM in implementation of all policy and procedures and other guidelines issued from HO, Regional Office and other regulatory authority. • Coordination of overall branches issues, monitoring, evaluation of operational matters of assigned branches. • Assisting in checking of branch working in various areas of branches i.e Operations, Expenses, SQC and Security etc. • Assisting AM in resolving matters related to Finance and Trade of branches under purview. • Poor or Better audit rating of Branches of Area will the basis of performance assessment for increments/Promotions. • Undertake any other assignments given by the Area Manager from time to time.
Enhance and establish relationship with existing and potential customers, so as to increase product per customer/retention. • Deliver high level of sales &service excellence. • Deposit mobilization through effective portfolio management. • Cross-selling of consumer & wealth products. • To be recognized by customers as a single point of contact for all their financial needs
