• Specialized in purchasing and following up for SCH Myanmar’s field offices • Coordinate in SCH program supporting; Health care equipment, ICT materials, Nutrition support, Health care awareness promotional items and others • Communication and transparency to facilitate supporting in the community with National office’s departments • Evaluate the best Preferred vendors and New vendors in market sourcing supply chain flow • Consider the monthly OAR from different departments and Scheduling for the sake of Supply Chain timely to end users
• Assist and report to the Supply Chain Manager about Procurement process and upcoming purchasing processes • Dealing with the market suppliers and requestingquotations (Office appliances, Automotive, insurance services, Document Printing and Production, Electronic devices, IT products and service, etc.,) • Coordinate with Head Office Operation Departments and Branch Offices for Supply Chain • Monthly + After 3 months cash flow provided to Finance Department • Purchasing, Maintenance, Market Analyzing, and service Contracts processes as overviewing job description
