About Me
As part of my professional responsibilities in my first to second year work in this company I experience working as a roving auditor in three restaurants. We perform routine checks, to complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and audit findings. Observe the organization’s food preparation, handling, storage and transportation processes. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud or non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies. And also I experience 1 year Sub – Restaurant Supervisor my task is to ensure customers receive quality service and products, and responding to customer feedback and food safety procedures are followed, and that food is stored and handled properly. Lastly I worked as Officer in Charge. I am tasked with managing critical administrative functions in restaurants and commissaries. These responsibilities include reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate sales records.
