Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery and equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient production of goods.
Production Monitoring: Continuously monitor the production line to ensure that products are produced according to specifications and quality standards.
Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of products and equipment to detect and correct defects or deviations from quality standards.
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and address minor equipment malfunctions and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to achieve production targets and resolve any operational challenges.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not always required.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery; familiarity with basic mechanical concepts.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on product quality and the ability to detect and address issues.
