Mall Operations Associate

-Handled the opening of the following tenants: Owndays Watsons; Vbox Sing Along; Cheers Cheese; BlackScoop; Samsung; Knowie Knows Pet Hotel; and Executive Optical (EO). -Managed exhibits handled by Operations or Leasing. -Prepared, released, and monitored payments for tenant rent and other charges, as well as payments for exhibits. -Met with tenants to address their concerns and sought approval from my immediate superior. -Contacted and coordinated with service providers to ensure proper treatment for tenants. -Prepared letters to tenants, responded to emails, received calls, and scheduled meetings to professionally explain business decisions made by the mall, whether positive or negative. -Attended to walk-in queries (with or without appointments), as well as SMS and telephone inquiries, providing substantial responses. -Scheduled and conducted construction meetings, briefings, and inspections, while monitoring and documenting the progress of construction for incoming or renovating tenants. -Provided alternative solutions to help tenants begin operations immediately. -Conducted and fairly enforced the mall’s house rules and regulations. -Performed daily rounds to inspect tenants and the mall proper, including checking the posting, location, and appearance of janitorial, security, and other agency staff. -Coordinated contractor permits with the Engineering department and approved gate passes. Prepared payment requests for mall contractors, agencies, and other related expenses.
