I worked as a Housekeeper for a full year at Fujiya Hotel in Hakone, Japan. We were short-staffed, but I was flexible and adaptable enough to adjust to whatever my team needed. I took on bedding and bathroom cleaning roles and trained four recruits. I was able to meet and exceed the expectations of my peers with the value that I added to my team in just one year.
