• Perform engineering support and technical services for global datacenter operations infrastructure in different regions (US, Europe, AsiaPac). • Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and VMWare/Hyper-V Infra support. Perform various related tasks to OnPrem and Cloud environment in different domains. Manage Azure and AWS cloud hosted servers related to I/O disks, CPU, memory, access rights, accounts, groups, subscriptions, resource groups, VMs & backups. • Perform server build using templates, server provisioning and decommissioning, install / configure / quality test check OS, system management tools, antivirus and other software related applications. • Handle different kinds of tickets such as service/change request, incident, problem tickets using HDA systems and other auto-generated alerts from Solarwinds, VMWare and BMC Truesight monitoring. Update CMDB and CI items; implement change tickets assigned and perform the necessary troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to disks/CPU/memory upgrades, hardware defects, patches, and other related maintenance activities. • Collaborate with different teams related to ticket/incident escalations to L3/L4 and other service-desk overflows. Perform as Microsoft/VMware technology and engineering support for global datacenter operations infrastructure in relation to data shared services with approx. 2000+ physical, 4000+ virtual servers. • In-depth experience on implementation, management, and support in Windows Servers, Active Directory DNS, DHCP, GPO, VMWare/Hyper-V Infra support, Failover Clustering, ESXi hosts, vSphere 6.5, vCenter Servers. Strong experience in accessing VCenter, VSphere, Hyper-V servers, OA/ILO, iDrac, HPE. • Performs regular server management and administration by monitoring access to computer systems, servers, applications, and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and quality of operations for new accounts and projects. Participate in DR exercises on different applications with different teams. • Perform specific roles On-Prem and Azure AD tasks, creation of security groups, generic/shared & service accounts, DNS entries, GPO, DHCP reservations/removal, NPS/RADIUS, LAPS, shared folder Access and other AD related tasks with participation on-going Azure AD migration & training. • Extensive ability to automate systems using Powershell scripting for On-Premises and Azure AD tasks, creation of bulk users & multiple printers’ creation, DHCP, DNS and other AD related tasks. • Actively participate in any IT windows server related escalations/bridges as require
