Count actual vs documents quantity to determine is there’s any discrepancy. Forwarding documents to IQA for certification or checking. · Material Issuance Clerk - Material preparation to be issued to production base on Bill of Materials ( BOM). Issuance of Material is based on (First in, First out) FIFO , or in some cases like raw materials does have expiration dates we implement First Expiration, First out (FEFO) rule. Transact all outgoing materials to ERP system issued to production.
