I was a certified Global Coffee Master. I conducted coffee seminars and classes for some groups. I was a Barista trainer and was responsible for the employment certification of the newly hired barista. I handled the shift. I was a quality assurance specialist in charge of quality, shelf life, cleanliness, and maintaining our good quality assurance score.

I am teaching English to my foreign students from kids to adults, developing lesson plans for each level of my students, and providing feedback and evaluation to each of my students.

I market the school around the Negros province. I conduct a marketing talk to schools, private and government institutions, and offices persuading them to enroll in the University. I am in charge of doing a whole year of marketing planning with a budget. I work with school heads and deans. I am the school representatives in government events or related events.

Handling customer service of Tracfone, Safe Link, and Straight Talk accounts. Handling customer queries, assisting them, and troubleshooting. I was promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist where I handled agents, conducted huddles corrected them, and helped them maintain the matrix.
