Responsibilities Of Support Manager Jobs In KZN

  • Supervise and oversee daily operations of the support team
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to support staff and ensure timely completion
  • Train and onboard new support team members
  • Develop and implement support procedures and best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate support team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery
  • Manage support resources and budget effectively
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements

  • Business Commerce Degree (FAIS related)
  • 5-7 years Previous experience in Relationship management, leading teams as well as experience in Risk and credit.
  • Relationship Banking (Client Coverage).
