To support the Relationship Manager with the day-to-day administrative functions, portfolio management, entrenchment, and operational functions for an allocated Premium or Growth portfolio. Ensure that all compliance requirements within the portfolio are met and act as a central contact point for the client, providing sales and service fulfilment aligned to segment targets.
Responsibilities Of Premium Transactional Banker Jobs In KZN
- Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to high net worth clients
- Manage a portfolio of premium clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and cross-sell banking products and services
- Conduct financial assessments and reviews to understand clients’ goals and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Process and facilitate a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan applications
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams such as wealth management, investment, and credit departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients
Requirements
- NQF6 (FAIS recognised).
- 3-4 years of previous experience as an account analyst or similar position to gain
