Responsibilities of Growth Credit Analyst Job
- To support the credit risk process by carrying out comprehensive and quality credit risk functions within the credit lifecycle.
- To conduct quality credit risk assessments and reviews.
- Proactively manage credit risks associated with clients.
- Develop data-driven strategies, and facilitate the credit sanctioning process to ensure responsible risk decisions.
- To produce and analyze relevant management information and insights management.
- Ensure the bank’s credit, philosophy, and all relevant legislation are adhered to.
- Investigate and resolve all escalated customer complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
