Responsibilities of Relationship Exe Commercial Job
- Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by the level of complexity of the client base.
- Actively develop strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits by the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition and initiate changes to ABB Products.
- Adhere to the bank’s policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Take ultimate ownership of the portfolio’s risk management by ensuring a good understanding of both the Bank’s and the client’s regulatory and compliance environments.
- Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial banking or relationship management, with a focus on serving high-value commercial clients.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, including lending, treasury, and cash management solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to assess complex financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for client management, financial analysis, and reporting.

- National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
