• Maintain the Company’s business software system and all related Information Technology (IT) hardware and software concerns. • Performs system installation, configuration and system upgrading both at the server and end-user level. • Provide daily IT support to the office personnel with issues relating to computing software’s used in the daily operations. • Involves in software and hardware procurements with responsibility in inventory management. • Responsible for PC hardware and printer repairs.
