Coordinate logistical, administrative and operational support to ensure that the business area can function effectively. Support the Head of ERM and other executives by providing administrative support, secretarial functions, procurement, travel management, meeting and workshop/conference coordination. To own and manage various operational processes, including ERM team monthly goal tracking and compliance / NFR / Risk service management requirements. To support the Head of ERM in the development of presentations and reporting as required.
Responsibilities Of Team Assistant Jobs In Johannesburg
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate logistics for team events, such as conferences, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Assist with onboarding new team members, including preparing workspaces and organizing orientation materials.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Services
- 5-7 years Experience in providing administrative support in a corporate environment
- Experience in providing enabling functions support to a business unit
